Fermentation Room Control System

Titec Automation Solutions designed and implemented an automated fermentation room control system for precise environmental monitoring and control. The system uses Siemens temperature and humidity sensors to continuously monitor the fermentation room conditions. An XINJE XD Series PLC processes the sensor data and manages the control functions, while the XINJE TouchWin HMI provides real-time visualization, operator control, status monitoring and alarm indication. The system helps maintain stable environmental conditions to support a consistent and controlled fermentation process.
